PASSION FOR GUAVA
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60 ml) Mezcal
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Guava Simple Syrup,
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Guava Simple Syrup,
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Passion Fruit Simple Syrup,
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice,
2 oz (30 ml) Fresh Guava Juice,
Fresh Sprig of Mint (for garnish),
Fresh Lime wheel (for garnish),
Sparkling Water,
Ice.

Cocktail Strainer,
Lemon Squeezer,
INSTRUCTIONS
In a cocktail shaker add the Mezcal, 1933 Guava Simple Syrup, 1933 Passion Fruit Simple Syrup, fresh lime juice, fresh guava juice, and ice, shake everything together for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, add ice to a Collins glass and double strain the cocktail into it. Top off with sparkling water and more ice, garnish with a fresh sprig of mint and lime slice.
