SMOKEY PINEAPPLE & MANGO

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60 ml) Mezcal
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Grilled Pineapple Simple Syrup,
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Mango Simple Syrup,
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
½ of a Slices Grilled Pineapple,  
3-4 Slices of Fresh Mango,
Sparkling Water,
Dehydrated Citrus or Dehydrated Pineapple (for garnish),
Chili Sugar, 
Ice.

BAR TOOLS:

Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Collins Glass,
Cocktail Strainer,
Lemon Squeezer,
INSTRUCTIONS

In a cocktail shaker add the 3-4 slices of fresh mango and grilled pineapple, muddle them together. Next, add 1933 Grilled Pineapple Simple Syrup, fresh lime juice, Mezcal, and ice, shake everything together for 10-15 seconds. Add chili salt to the rim of a double rocks glass and ice. Lastly, double strain the cocktail into the glass and top off with sparkling water. Garnish with a dehydrated citrus or pineapple, enjoy.
