SMOKY STRAWBERRY

INGREDIENTS

½ oz Mezcal (Recommend Mezcal Jiménez 1933), 
½ oz Rye, 
½ oz Bourbon, 
½ oz 1933 Strawberry Simple Syrup, 
2 Dashes of Aromatic Bitters,

Cotton Candy,

Ice.

INSTRUCTIONS 

In a stirring glass add the Mezcal, rye, bourbon, 1933 strawberry syrup, 2 dashes of aromatic bitters, and ice, stir the cocktail until chilled and single-strain over ice in an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with an orange peel, sprig of mint, and a little bit of cotton candy.
