STRAWBERRY MIST
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ oz Mezcal (Recommended Mezcal Jiménez 1933)
1 oz Amaro
1 oz Amaro
1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice,
¾ oz 1933 Strawberry Simple Syrup,
1 Fresh Chopped Strawberry,
1 Fresh Strawberry for Garnish,
1 Egg White,
Ice.
1 Fresh Chopped Strawberry,
1 Fresh Strawberry for Garnish,
1 Egg White,
Ice.
INSTRUCTIONS
In a cocktail shaker add the chopped strawberry and muddle it together. Secondly, add the egg white, fresh grapefruit juice, 1933 Strawberry Simple Syrup, Amaro, Mezcal, and ice, shake everything together for 6-7 seconds. Thirdly, single strain the cocktail into an empty tin and dry shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Lastly, single strain the cocktail into a Flute Glass and garnish with a strawberry.
