INGREDIENTS
2 oz (60 ml) Mezcal
¾ oz (22 ml) Agave Simple Syrup,
¼ oz (8 ml) Cointreau
2-3 Slices of Cucumber,
2 Slices of Fresh Serrano Peppers,
2-3 Slices of Cucumber,
2 Slices of Fresh Serrano Peppers,
3-4 Dashes of Orange Blossom Bitters or Orange Bitters
Chili Pequin and Sugar Mixture (1 tsp of chili to 1 tsp of sugar,
Ice.

BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,

Muddler,
Cocktail Strainer,
Old-Fashion Glass or Modo Wine Glass,
INSTRUCTIONS
In a cocktail shaker add the cucumber slices and serrano pepper, muddle them together. Next, add lime juice, agave nectar, ice, Mezcal, and shake for about 10-15 seconds. Add the chili and sugar mixture to the rim of an old-fashion glass or Modo wine glass, ice, and fined/double strain the cocktail mixture into it. Lastly, add a slice of lime or cucumber and enjoy.
