BERRY & RUM

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60 ml) Rum
 oz (30 ml) 1933 Raspberry Simple Syrup,
½  oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice,   
1-2 Fresh Raspberries, 
1-2 Fresh Blueberries, 
1-2 Fresh Blackberries,
Fresh Sprig of Mint,
Sparkling Water, 
Ice.

BAR TOOLS:

Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Coupe Glass,
Muddler,
Cocktail Strainer,
Lemon Squeezer,
INSTRUCTIONS

In a cocktail shaker add the fresh raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries, muddle them together. Next, add the Rum, 1933 Raspberry simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, and ice, shake everything together for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, add ice to a Collins glass and double strain the cocktail into it, top off with sparkling water and garnish with a sprig of mint.
