BLACKBERRY MOJITO
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz (30 ml) Rum,
1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Blackberry Simple Syrup,
½ of a Fresh Lime Cut into Quarters,
½ of a Fresh Lime Cut into Quarters,
3-4 Fresh Blackberries,
5-6 Fresh Mint Leaves,
Sparkling Water
Crushed Ice & Regular Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Jigger,
Lemon Squeezer,
Collins Glass,
Muddler,
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a Collins glass add the lime, mint, and blackberries, muddle them together. Next, add the rum, 1933 Blackberry Simple Syrup, crushed ice, sparkling water, and stir everything together. Garnish with fresh blackberries and a fresh sprig of mint.
