CUCUMBER & DRAGON FRUIT
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ oz (45 ml) Rum
1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Dragon Fruit Simple Syrup,
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice,
3-4 Slices of Cucumber
Fresh Sprig of Mint,
Sparkling Water,
Ice,
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Collins Glass,
Muddler,
Strainers.
INSTRUCTIONS
In a cocktail shaker add the cucumber slices and mint, muddle them together. Next, add the rum, 1933 Dragon Fruit Simple Syrup, fresh lime juice, and ice, shake everything for 10-15 seconds. Next, add ice to an Collins glass and double/fine strain the cocktail into it. Lastly, top of with sparkling water and garnish with a slice of cucumber and mint, enjoy.
