HORCHATA IN HAVANA

INGREDIENTS:
1 oz (30ml) oz Light Rum,
½ oz (15ml) 1933 Horchata Simple Syrup,
3 or 4 Fresh Lime Peels,
Unsweeten Horchata Water,  
Regular Ice,
Crushed Ice.

BAR TOOLS:

Muddler,
Sherry Glass,

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a cocktail shaker add the Lime peels and muddle them, this will release the natural oils of the lime peels. Next, add the 1933 Horchata Simply Syrup, unsweetened horchata, regular ice, and shake everything together. Lastly, single strain the cocktail to a Sherry Glass, top off with crushed ice, garnish with a lime peel and enjoy.
