JUNGLE BIRD
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ oz (45 ml) Dark Rum
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Grilled Pineapple Simple Syrup
½ oz (15 ml) Campari
2 oz (60 ml) Fresh Pineapple Juice
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
Thin Slice of Pineapple (For Garnish)
Fresh Sprig of Mint (For Garnish)
Crushed Ice
Crushed Ice
INSTRUCTIONS
In a cocktail shaker add the rum, fresh lime juice, fresh pineapple juice, 1933 Grilled Pineapple Simple Syrup, Campari, and ice, shake everything vigorously together for 10-15 seconds. Add ice to a rocks glass and double strain the cocktail into it. Lastly, garnish with a fresh pineapple slice, lime, and fresh sprig of mint.
