INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ oz (45ml) Light Rum,
½ oz (15ml) Fresh Lime Juice,
¾ oz (22ml) Mango Simple Syrup,
Fresh Mango
Splash of Tajin Seasoning,
Sprig of Mint
Regular Ice and Crushed Ice.

BAR TOOLS:

Old-Fashion Glass or Footed Rocks Glass,

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a cocktail shaker add the rum, fresh Lime Juice, 1933 mango simple syrup, Tajin seasoning, and ice, then shake everything together. Add Tajin seasoning to the rim of the glass, if you like. Next, double strain the cocktail into an Old-Fashion glass or footed rocks glass, and top off with crush ice and a slice of fresh mango or a sprig of mint.
