MOJITO
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60 ml) Rum,
1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Mint Simple Syrup,
½ of a Fresh Lime Cut into Quarters,
5-6 Fresh Mint Leaves,
Sparkling Water
Crushed Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Jigger,
Lemon Squeezer,
Collins Glass,
Muddler,
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a Collins glass add the lime, mint, muddle them together. Next, add the rum, 1933 Mint Simple Syrup, and ice, stir everything for 5-6 seconds. Top off with crushed ice and sparkling water, stir everything one more time. Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint.
