OLD HAVANA
INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ oz (45 ml) Aged Rum
½ oz (15 ml) Lime Juice
1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Mint Simple Syrup
1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Mint Simple Syrup
2-3 Dashes of Bitters
Chilled Champagne
Fresh Sprig of Mint
Ice.

Jigger,
Lemon Squeezer,
Coupe Glass,
Muddler,
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the mint leaves and muddle them together. Next, add the rum, 1933 Mint Simple Syrup, lime juice, 2-3 dashes of bitters, and ice, shake everything for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, double strain the cocktail into a coupe glass and top off with champagne and garnish with a fresh sprig of mint.
