PENICILLIN
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60 ml) Blended Scotch,
¼ oz (7.5 ml) Malt Scotch
1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice,
1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice,
1 oz (30ml) 1933 Orange Blossom Honey Simple Syrup,
1-2 Small Fresh Slices of Ginger
Fresh Slice of Lemon1-2 Pieces of Crystallized Ginger (for garnish)
Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Lemon Squeezer,
Old Fashioned Glass,
Strainers.
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the fresh Ginger and muddle them together. Next, add the lemon juice, 1933 Orange Blossom Honey Simple Syrup, Blended Scotch, and ice, shake everything vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, add ice to a old fashioned glass and double strain the cocktail into it. Top off with Malt Scotch and garnish with a fresh slice of lemon and or crystallized ginger.
