INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ (45ml) oz Scotch,
1 oz (30ml) Sparkling Water,
1 oz (30ml) Sparkling Water,
¾ oz (22ml) 1933 Oleo Saccharum,
1 Dash Angostura Bitters,
Mint,
Ginger Beer,Ice.
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a Collins glass add the oleo-saccharum, bitters, scotch, and stir with a bar spoon. Next add the ice, sparkling water, ginger beer, and gently mix everything. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit or mint and enjoy.
