CITRUS COCONUT
INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ oz (45 ml) Vodka,
1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Coconut Simple Syrup
4 oz (118 ml) Fresh Coconut Water,
4 oz (118 ml) Fresh Coconut Water,
1 Tablespoons of Fresh Coconut Shavings,
1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice,
1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Lime Juice,
Fresh Basil (if you like),
Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Thin Collins Glass,
Cocktail Strainer,
Lemon Squeezer,
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the fresh lime juice, lemon juice, coconut water, coconut flakes, vodka, 1933 Coconut Simple Syrup, ice, and shake everything together for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, add ice to a Collins glass and double strain the cocktail into it. Garnish with fresh thin slices of lime and lemon and basil (if you like).
