GRILLED PINEAPPLE SCREWDRIVER
INGREDIENTS
2 oz (60 ml) Vodka,
1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Grilled Pineapple Simple Syrup,
1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Grilled Pineapple Simple Syrup,
4 oz (60 ml) Fresh Pineapple Juice,
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Orange Juice
Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Collins Glass,
Strainers.
INSTRUCTIONS
In a cocktail shaker add the fresh pineapple juice, fresh orange juice, vodka, 1933 simple syrup, ice, shake everything for 10-15 seconds. Next, add ice to a Collins glass and double/fine strain the cocktail into the glass. Garnish with a thin slice of orange or a slice of Pineapple and enjoy.
