
PRICKLY LEMONADE
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60ml) Vodka (If you want to add alcohol)
1 oz (30ml) 1933 Prickly Pear
1 oz (30ml) 1933 Prickly Pear
½ oz (15ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
Sparkling Water
Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Lemon Squeezer,
Collins Glass,
Strainers.
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the lemon juice, 1933 Prickly Pear Simple Syrup, ice, and vodka (if you want to add alcohol), shake everything for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, add ice to a Collins glass and pour the mixture into it. Top off with sparkling water and garnish with a fresh slice of or lemon.
