BLACKBERRY & ROSEMARY LEMONADE

INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ oz (45 ml) Whiskey,
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Blackberry Simple Syrup,
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice,
3-4 Fresh Blackberries,
2 Fresh Sprigs of Rosemary,
Sparkling Water, 
Ice.

BAR TOOLS:

Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Muddler,
Lemon Squeezer,
Double Rocks Glass,
Strainers.

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a cocktail shaker add the blackberries and muddle them together. Next, add the fresh lemon juice, whiskey, 1933 Blackberry Simple Syrup, one small fresh sprig of rosemary, and ice, shake everything for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, add ice to a double rocks glass and fined/double strain the cocktail into it. Top off with sparkling water and garnish with a fresh sprig of rosemary.
