WHISKEY SMASH
INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ oz (45 ml) Whiskey,
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice,
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice,
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Mint Simple Syrup,
4-6 Mint Leaves,
Fresh Sprig of Mint
Crushed Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Lemon Squeezer,
Old-Fashion Glass,
Strainers.
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the whiskey, lemon juice, 1933 mint simple syrup, mint leaves, and ice. Shake everything vigorously for 15 seconds. Single strain the cocktail in an empty tin, next dry shake everything for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, add pour the cocktail in an old-fashion glass and garnish with a sprig of mint and a slices of fresh lemon.
