WHISKEY SOUR

WHISKEY SOUR

INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ oz (45ml) Whiskey,
1 oz (30ml) Fresh Lemon Juice,
½ oz (15ml) 1933 Simple Syrup,
3 Dashes of Bitters,
1 Egg White,  
1 Maraschino Cherry,
Ice.

BAR TOOLS:

Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Lemon Squeezer,
Rocks Glass,
Strainers.

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a cocktail shaker tin add the egg white and a bit of ice, shake briefly to aerate the whites. Next, add the whiskey, lemon juice, 1933 simple syrup, and more ice, shake everything vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Add a large ice cube to a rocks glass and single strain the cocktail over the ice. Lastly, add 3 dashes of bitters and Garnish with a Maraschino Cherry and enjoy.
