INGREDIENTS: 1 ½ oz (45ml) Bourbon,½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice, ½ oz  (15 ml) 1933 Simple Syrup, 1 Egg White,   1 Small Fresh Sprig of Rosemary, 3-4 Drops of Bitters, Ice. BAR TOOLS: Cocktail Shaker,Jigger, Lemon Squeezer, Coupes Glass, Strainers. INSTRUCTIONS: In a cocktail shaker tin add the egg white and a bit of ice, shake briefly to aerate the whites. Next, add the Bourbon, lemon juice, fresh rosemary, 1933 simple syrup, and more ice, shake everything vigorously for 10 seconds. BAR TOOLS: Cocktail Shaker,Jigger, Lemon Squeezer, Rocks Glass, Strainers. INSTRUCTIONS: In a cocktail shaker add the blackberries and mint, smash them together. Next, add the bourbon, lemon juice, and ice. Shake everything together for 10-15 seconds. INGREDIENTS: 2 oz (60ml) Bourbon,1½ oz (45ml) Fresh Lemon Juice, ¾ oz (22ml) 1933 Dark Maple Syrup, 2 Large Sprigs of Rosemary, Ice. BAR TOOLS: Cocktail Shaker,Jigger, Old-Fashion Glass, Cocktail Strainer,  Lemon Squeezer, INSTRUCTIONS: In a cocktail shaker add one sprig of rosemary, fresh lemon juice, Bourbon, and Ice, shake everything together for 6-7 seconds. Lastly, add ice to a rocks glass and double/fine strain the cocktail into the glass, garnish with a sprig of rosemary and cherry, enjoy. You can add sugar on the rim of the glass if you like.
